Donsol is a seasonal feeding ground for whale sharks. Whale shark is the world’s largest fish. Whale shark appears in Donsol waters in considerable numbers between December and May each year. The whale sharks’ arrival also prompted the local community to provide interaction tours, and visitors now have the chance to swim alongside these majestic creatures.
Itinerary:
06:30 am — Hotel Departure, proceed to Donsol, Sorsogon
08:00 am — ETA in Donsol Tourism Office / Registration / Video Briefing / Fitting of Equipments
08:15 am — Start of Whale Shark Interaction
11:30 am — End of Interaction
12:00 nn — Lunch Break / Back to Legazpi City
01:30 pm — ETA in Legazpi
